Luis Sinisterra became the latest Leeds United player to be selected for international duty this month, as the winger was selected for Colombia's squad for their friendlies against Guatemala and Mexico.

Néstor Lorenzo named his first Colombia squad on Thursday night, having taken over from Reinaldo Rueda following La Tricolor's failure to qualify for this year's World Cup.

Sinisterra has been electric form since joining Leeds United, scoring in three of the last four games, against Barnsley, Everton and Brentford.

Hailing from Santander de Quilichao, Sinisterra has made five appearances for the Colombia national team, his most recent caps coming in March, when he featured in their wins over Bolivia and Venezuela.

The Red Bull Arena in New Jersey will play host to Colombia's friendly with Guatemala on Sunday 25th September, before they head to the Levi Stadium to face Mexico on Wednesday 28th September.
