Luis Enrique has announced today that Leeds United defender Diego Llorente will join up with the Spain national team for next month's Nations League fixtures.

Llorente has featured 31 times for the Whites this season, the centre-back contributing with three goals against Watford, Aston Villa and Arsenal.

Spain face Portugal at Seville's Benito Villamarín on Thursday 2nd June, before travelling to Prague to take on the Czech Republic (Sunday 5th June).

La Roja will then face Switzerland in Geneva on Thursday 9th June, ahead of their return fixture against the Czech Republic in Malaga on Sunday 12th June. 

Llorente will be hoping to add to his 8 caps for Spain, his last coming in the 0-0 draw with Portugal last year.
