Marcelo Bielsa: There are no mysteries to the things we have to do

Head coach on West Ham United defeat.

Marcelo Bielsa gave his reaction to the media, after seeing his side beaten 1-2 at home by West Ham United.

The Whites went into the lead through an early Mateusz Klich penalty, but were denied any points after headers from Tomas Soucek and Angelo Ogbonna.

Bielsa discussed the manner in which Leeds conceded both goals, after the match.

He said: “There are no mysteries to the things we have to do.

“The set-pieces can be perfected by continuously training them, in training.

“You have to reproduce what happens in the game, in training sessions. We will continue insisting on this until we can resolve the problem.

“What’s happening is not exclusively about the work being done. This problem we are having, we have already had in the past.

“We resolved it, now it is happening again.”

On the 90 minutes as a whole, the Leeds head coach gave the reasoning why he felt his side lost the game.

“The most important aspect is linked to how we recovered the ball after our attacks finished.

“When the attacks don’t finish in the opponents box - and it’s not easy to finish attacks in the opponents box - it is difficult for us to recover the ball.

“This generates consequences in our game and we struggle as a result."
