Head coach on Arsenal draw.
Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa spoke to the media following Sunday’s draw with Arsenal.
The Whites ended a run of two defeats, playing out a 0-0 draw at Elland Road against the Gunners.
Bielsa gave his verdict on the result and felt Leeds could have taken all three points due to the opportunities created by his side.
He said: “The result could have been in our favour.
“The performance was satisfactory, 11 against 11 we played well and with a man advantage we were more dangerous.
“It was a steady and valuable performance throughout and a result which could have been a different one.
“We missed a lot of chances, we arrived in different ways and there were three shots which hit the post.”
Bielsa also spoke about Raphinha, with the Brazilian making his first start in Leeds colours in the fixture.
“He worked a lot,” said Bielsa.
“He had the capacity to associate in his sector.
“We were able to get in behind down the right, it wasn’t necessarily always him, but he contributed to this.
