Leeds United’s Pablo Hernández has been directly involved in six goals in seven league starts against Aston Villa (1 goal, 5 assists), including two assists at Villa Park in Leeds’ 3-2 win in December 2018.



Patrick targets another club record...

Leeds striker Patrick Bamford is looking to score in the club’s first three away league matches of a season for a second consecutive year, having done so in the Championship. Prior to that, only two players had managed it – Gordon Hodgson in the top-flight in 1937-38 and Tresor Kandol in League One in 2007-08.



Breaking the duck...

Leeds are looking to win a Premier League match against a team starting the day in top two of the league for the first time since May 2003, when they won 3-2 away at Arsenal to secure Premier League survival under Peter Reid.

Marcelo Bielsa has used at least one player aged 21 or younger in 230 of his 233 league matches as a manager in European league football, including 98 of his 99 as Leeds manager (the exception was Brentford in February 2020).
