Full back on Hull City win.
Leeds United full back Stuart Dallas spoke to LUTV following Tuesday’s victory over Hull City.
The Whites recorded a seventh straight win in the Sky Bet Championship thanks to a two goal victory against the Tigers.
Dallas was delighted the side were able to extend the winning run and paid tribute to the character of the side.
“We knew it was going to be difficult,” said Dallas.
“You have to give them a lot of credit here, coming here and they had a go as we knew they would.
“We knew they were dangerous on the counter attack, but we knew if we defended well, we would get chances going forward.
“It took us until the second half, but again we showed grit and determination to grind out a result.
“It’s an incredible run, winning games breeds confidence and we are full of it at the minute.
“We can’t get too far ahead of ourselves though and we will prepare now for Cardiff on Saturday.”
Dallas also spoke about the battle between himself and Hull’s Jarrod Bowen over the course of the game.
He said: “When you’re coming up against one of the best players in the league you’ve got to stay focused.
“My passing probably wasn’t the best, but I was focused on trying to defend against Bowen.
“He’s a phenomenal player, but I wanted to do a job on him and thankfully I think he was quiet enough.”
