Head coach on Hull City win.
Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa spoke to the media following Tuesday’s victory over Hull City.
The Whites made it seven victories in a row in the Sky Bet Championship with another win at Elland Road.
Bielsa gave his verdict on the match and had a lot of praise for the opposition in his post match press conference.
“It was two different halves, our first half was good” said Bielsa.
“We faced an opponent who has a very attractive style with good attackers and midfielders who want to play and full-backs who want to make an input in attack.
“In the first half we were superior to them, but in the second half, the balance of the match was more for both sides.
“They had chances and we couldn’t stop them from creating these chances and it was more difficult to defend against them than in the first half.
“After we scored the second goal, we started to manage the game, but there was a moment where we risked the result.
“Before the second goal, Kiko Casilla saved a very good chance and we need to analyse all of this.
“Hull is a team which wasn’t one of the best teams in the beginning, but after today, I can say they are important an important team.”
