Goalscorer on Boro win.
Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich spoke exclusively to LUTV following Saturday’s victory over Middlesbrough.
The Whites scored four goals for the first time season against Jonathan Woodgate’s side, in the club's biggest of the campaign so far.
Klich got himself on the score sheet twice, his third and fourth goals of the season in all competitions and was pleased to contribute to the three points.
“We dominated the game and we took our chances so I’m very happy,” said Klich.
“We didn’t want to wait long for the goal, like Luton or Reading, we wanted to score as soon as possible and it was a great goal from Patrick Bamford.
“Pablo Hernandez has great vision, everyone knows that and I’m very happy for Pat that he’s scoring goals again.
“It’s my job to do third man runs and run from behind, it was a lucky goal but I just wanted to get it on target.
“I was very happy, it was a big relief because I’ve been dying to score a goal and finally I got one.
“Every game I want to be in this spot and try to shoot like that, it worked well, I like to shoot like that so I’m very happy.
“It’s good, were all confident and I hope were going to do better than last season.
“We got eight wins a row last year so we’d like to do it better this year and win more games.
“Obviously we’re very happy with the win and winning five in a row it gives us confidence."
