Leeds United defender Ben White spoke to LUTV following Saturday’s defeat at Millwall.

The Whites went down 2-1 at The Den, but there was controversy surrounding a first half Millwall penalty which led to a red card for Gaetano Berardi.

Despite going down to 10 men, White thought the side could have still got something from the game.

“I think we deserved to at least get a draw,” said White.

“The red card has had a big impact on the game, but I think we did well with 10 men and the boys dug deep.

“I haven’t looked at the replay of the decision, but the referee has made a decision and it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks.

“Our goal gave us a chance to kick on and try and get something from the game, but unfortunately we couldn’t.

“We are all positive and we all know what we can do, we just need a little bit of luck and we will fly.

“It’s down to us and we have to put it right in the next game.”
