Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich has been called upto Jerzy Brzęczek's Poland squad for their upcoming Euro 2020 Qualifiers against Latvia (10th October) and North Macedonia (13th October).

Mateusz has played six times for the national team in 2019, winning four and drawing one, with his last outing coming against Austria earlier in the month, when he played 13 minutes of the 0-0 draw.

Should Gjanni Alioski be called upto the North Macedonia squad for October's round of fixtures, the match on the 13th October could also be the second time Mateusz meets his fellow teammate on the international stage this season. The two came face-to-face in July when Poland defeated North Macedonia 1-0, with both Mateusz and Gjanni playing 90 minutes.
