WHITES LOAN REPORT: 26/02/18

We keep tabs on our loan men.

A number of Leeds United players have been in action for their respective loan clubs, here we take a look at how they got on over the weekend.

Marcus Antonsson

After missing January through injury, Antonsson returned from the bench in Blackburn Rovers' 2-0 win over Bury on Monday 19th February.  Once again over the weekend, he was introduced as a 66th minute substitute, as Rovers recorded a 2-1 away win at Walsall.  Rovers sit at the top of the Sky Bet League One table, one point above second placed Shrewsbury Town.

Lewie Coyle

It has been a tough period for Fleetwood Town on the pitch over recent weeks, which led to the sacking of former Leeds United head coach Uwe Rosler.  Former Leeds player, John Sheridan took over at the helm last week and the Cod Army picked up a point at home against MK Dons on Saturday.  Coyle played the full 90 minutes and Fleetwood now sit one point above the drop zone in League One.

Yosuke Ideguchi

Japan international midfielder Ideguchi was an unused substitute as Cultural Leonesa suffered a 2-1 defeat at Almeria on Saturday in the Segunda Division in Spain.

Liam Kitching

Harrogate Town had no game in the National League North over the weekend, but Kitching did get on the score-sheet last Tuesday, when they beat Alfreton Town 4-3, to move to the top of the table.

Mateusz Klich

FC Utrecht moved into the top four in the Dutch Eredivisie, with a 3-1 home victory over FC Twente.  Klich played nearly the full match, being substituted in the final minute of the victory.  The midfielder has now featured in five games for the Dutch side, winning four of those matches and drawing one.

Luke Murphy

The midfielder was an unused substitute for Burton Albion for a second game running.  The Brewers recorded a 2-1 away win at Barnsley in midweek, but were unable to back that up on Saturday as they lost 1-0 at home to Millwall.

Mallik Wilks

Striker Wilks is currently out injured and didn't feature in Grimsby Town's 1-0 home defeat to Exeter City in League Two on Saturday.
