AUSTRIA: DAY TWO

AUSTRIA: DAY TWO

LUTV go behind the scenes.

Training resumed in Austria on Sunday morning for Leeds United, after the squad completed a double session on day one.

With United’s pre-season match with FC Ingolstadt cancelled over security concerns with just 48 hours notice, Thomas Christiansen put his side through the paces, with sessions in the morning and evening.

After an early start for breakfast, the weather conditions improved from day one, with sunshine replacing the rain.

The Whites began with an aerobics injury prevention session in the morning, taking part in a number of challenges, whilst building fitness.

Chrisitansen’s men then returned to the team hotel for lunch, before heading back to the training ground, for a second session in the evening.
