PONTUS JANSSON: THESE ARE THE GAMES I LOVE TO PLAY IN

Defender on Terriers fixture.

Pontus Jansson can't wait for Sunday's derby with Huddersfield Town to get underway.

The United defender this week agreed a new deal to remain at Elland Road for three years, once his loan deal comes to an end in the summer and a win on Sunday would cap off a fine seven days, with Jansson having netted the winner against Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday.

United's Swedish international made his Whites league debut against the Terriers back in August and is hoping for revenge.

"I'm really looking forward to the game," said Jansson.

"I saw them against Brighton on Wednesday and they played really well and they are a really good team.

"They are the first team I played against in the league in August and we lost 1-0, so you can imagine how much I want to win against them now.

"It is going to be a really tough game, it is a derby with a lot of people, but these are the games I love to play in.

"They have some really good players particularly in attack, they are quick and strong.

"Aaron Mooy is one of the best players in the Championship, he was good against us in our last game and he was great in Australia also, so we have to take care of him.

"Hopefully we can come away with a clean sheet, if I could get a winner too, it would be perfect.

"We are having a good moment at Leeds, even if we don't play our best football, we are still winning games and that is important.

"I have been aiming for the Premier League since first being here, but we have to take it game by game, which we have done so far."
