Leeds United manager Garry Monk spoke exclusively to LUTV following Saturday's victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers.

An own goal from Silvio Manuel Pereira secured Leeds the win at Molineux.

Monk was delighted to secure maximum points on the road.

Speaking about the win he said: "Today we were really determined to get the result and performance and we did that.

"It was a very good away performance, we had good control in certain parts of the game, we had good chances and we defended well and all of those ingredients go into an away performance.

"To keep a clean sheet and get three points at a very difficult place to play is very pleasing.

"We have a young group and they are showing a determination of trying to improve.

"When we get disappointments we are very critical, that is the environment we have created and that is important for them to grow, when we come out on the pitch we want them to respond.

"You can see the determination in their eyes, everyday they come to training, they want to work hard and get better.

"The team are enjoying their performances, they enjoy being together out on the pitch and that is important."
