Full-back agrees new one-year deal with the club...
Young full-back Tyler Denton has agreed a new one-year deal at Elland Road.
The 19-year-old joins team-mates Jake Skelton, Luke Parkin and Alex Purver in agreeing a new contract and he will officially put pen to paper when the squad returns for pre-season training this summer.
Denton, who is a left-back by trade, joined the Academy aged seven and has progressed through the age groups to become a regular fixture for the Under-21s.
He was the U21s’ highest appearance maker last season, featuring 27 times as the youngsters secured an impressive third-place finish in the Professional Development League 2.
Denton, who turned professional last summer, becomes the fourth youngster to have agreed a new deal this week, while Frank Mulhern, Tom Lyman and Bailey Peacock-Farrell all accepted their offers of first professional contracts.
