Pre-season dates also announced.
The Leeds United College currently have spaces available for the upcoming school year, with a number of courses on offer for young students in Leeds.
The education outlet associated with the club combines full-time educational programmes with an elite football experience and they are currently offering three different courses for college pupils, including:
- NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Sport
- BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development
- Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training Course
In partnership with SCL the courses available allow students to train and play within an elite coaching environment. Through the college our teams will continue to compete in the National Football Youth League and AOC League. As part of the football development element, there will be four training sessions every week and you will take part in one competitive match per week.
Pre-season training with the Leeds United College will begin in August, with sessions taking place at John Charles Centre (LS11 5DJ). There are a number of sessions booked in, with the first taking place on Tuesday 2nd August through to Tuesday 30th August. Students will also take part in various pre-season friendly matches, with five currently scheduled on the following dates:
- Thursday 11th August
- Wednesday 17th August
- Wednesday 24th August
- Wednesday 31st August
- Wednesday 7th September
