Adam Forshaw recently sat down with JD Sports and representatives from Andy’s Man Club to show his support for Mental Health Awareness Week.

Taking place at Elland Road and hosted by Emma Jones, the Leeds United midfielder was on hand to speak openly about the topic of mental health which is often a subject people, and especially men, struggle to speak out about.
