New Fit Fans course to begin in January

Sessions around health and wellbeing to start in New Year.

The Leeds United Foundation will be launching a new course for their Fit Fans programme in January, with spaces available for both males and females to join.

The FREE 12-week weight management programme is open to both men and women aged from 35 to 60, and the initiative focuses on supporting people who want to make healthy lifestyle changes that will help to impact their lives in a positive way.

This programme is the perfect way for supporters and people in the local community to socialise with like-minded individuals whilst also giving them the chance to get fit and active, making small and manageable adjustments.

The main aim of Fit Fans is to support those taking part in the programme, encouraging small lifestyle changes that will contribute to a healthier and more active way of life, changes that will be easy for participants to maintain past the 12-week mark.

The qualified coaches at the Foundation will not tell you what you can and cannot do, but they are there to offer advice and support that will hopefully help you reach your own targets and goals as we see in the New Year.

If you are interested in taking part, the sessions are delivered on a weekly basis and will take place face-to-face at Elland Road, with support available online throughout the rest of the week.
