Primary Stars team launch active challenge for youngsters

Supermovers challenge set for those studying at home.

The Premier League Primary Stars team have launched a new challenge for youngsters to get involved with during their February half-term holiday.

The main aim of this new challenge, the Super Movers Warm-Up Challenge, is to try and keep young children active during their break from schoolwork, as staying active can help to boost your mood and help you to feel more positive throughout the day.

Children can be as creative as they’d like to take part in this week’s challenge, making their very own warm-up routine that gets their heart rate rising and blood pumping, finishing with an extra special Super Move!

For those interested in taking part, there are a number of useful resources that have been made available online, including a video with some top tips from TV presenter and avid Leeds United supporter Ben Shires and some extra information about why it is so important to stay active and remain positive during these difficult times.
