Premier League Primary Stars launch Weekly Challenge 2

Challenge focused around spreading kindness.

The Premier League Primary Stars team have set up their second Weekly Challenge for young students learning from home which is focused on the subject of spreading kindness.

This challenge is all about caring for others, which is a great way to help everyone around you to feel positive and improve our mental wellbeing under the current circumstances. Being kind to other people not only spreads positivity but can also make you feel better.

All you need to do is think of different ways that you can support others through acts of kindness. The Premier League have created a number of resources for the challenge including a free ‘My acts of Kindness’ template, which can be downloaded here, and the idea is to draw pictures showing how you intend to spread kindness throughout the next week – whether it’s to family and friends, keyworkers or people you’ve never met before.

Youngsters can be as creative as possible, and the key is to remember that you need to try and do all of things you’ve planned through your drawings.

To help give you a head start, Premier League ambassador Dr Alex George who has set the challenge, has created a video giving his top tips for maintaining positive health and mental wellbeing. To take a look at the video, please click here.
