Stay Home. Protect the NHS. Save Lives.

Stay Home. Protect the NHS. Save Lives.

Important messages to remember to keep everyone safe.

Together we are facing an incredibly difficult period of time that is affecting communities and individuals everywhere in a number of different ways and it is crucial that we stick together, listen to the important health guidance and follow the 'stay at home' activation.

The vital message through the various lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic has been to ‘Stay Home. Protect the NHS. Save Lives.’ and it is more important than ever that we follow these guidelines with the mounting pressure on NHS capacity and the rising number in cases and deaths.

If we all follow the advice together it will help to slow the growth of the virus, keeping yourself, loved ones and others safe - especially those most vulnerable.

The current rules in place indicate you should only leave home for essential reasons, such as outdoor exercise once a day, essential shopping or for work, if this cannot be done at home. Please make sure you are not meeting anyone outside your household or support bubble and only go out if it is absolutely necessary. Whilst you are outside please ensure you are able to keep a safe distance from others, wash your hands regularly and wear a mask.

By staying at home, we will help to reduce the pressure on the NHS and keep people as safe as possible.
