Funds to be raised for Corner Flag Dementia Cafe and The Howarth Foundation

Leeds United Foundation are inviting businesses and small groups to take part in an exclusive go-karting, meal and auction event next week that will help to raise funds to be split between the Corner Flag Dementia Cafe and The Howarth Foundation.

The event, sponsored by Big Dog Workwear and Hirsche Automotive, will be held at Team Sport in Leeds for a 90 minute endurance go-karting race, before moving onto Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill, which promises to be a fantastic evening of sport, hospitality and good company.

Former Leeds United players Tony Dorigo and Noel Whelan have been announced as special guests during the event, and will be on hand to share their stories of their time with the Whites.

Funds from the auction will go towards the Leeds United Foundation's Corner Flag Dementia Cafe, and The Howarth Foundation, which tackles homelessness around Leeds.

The event takes place on Thursday 21 March, 6pm until late, and the cost per team of 3 is £260.

The event is limited to 16 teams, and anyone interested should contact  Alan Scorfield at alan.scorfield@leedsunited.com or call on 0113 367 6015
