An exciting job opportunity has arisen at Leeds United FC for a Matchday Ticket Host based at our stunning Elland Road Stadium.
Leeds United Football Club is an English professional football club based in the city of Leeds, West Yorkshire and play at our fabulous stadium based on Elland Road, which has been the home of Leeds United since 1919 and remains one of English football's great theatres and is 'the only place for us' ever since.

The ideal candidate will work within the Ticketing team on a matchday to welcome supporters, fans, customers and clients to allocated function rooms and assist with directions and any queries to make their matchday experience enjoyable and hassle free.

Welcome guests to their function room

Check guests tickets to make sure they have the right ticket to allow them into the function room

Handling any customer queries

Check on guests in allocated function room throughout the match to make sure they have everything they need to make their experience more enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will also have:
