Supporters reminded about COVID-19 measures in place for Arsenal

Vital information for all supporters attending the match.

The safety of everyone remains our priority and the Premier League and Leeds United will continue to take the necessary steps to create a safe matchday environment for all supporters. Here is a reminder of all the new protocols that will be in place for our forthcoming game against Arsenal, and until further notice:

  • For all those aged 18 and over attending Premier League matches, you must complete a COVID status self-declaration online form. This requires you to confirm you have a valid NHS COVID pass or a negative NHS COVID test (within 48 hours of the fixture). The COVID status self-declaration form can be filled out here.
  • All supporters must be able to show their NHS COVID pass or proof of a negative NHS COVID test on arrival at Elland Road. The test can be either a lateral flow or PCR test – this evidence must be the email or text message received from the NHS. The NHS COVID pass must be displayed through the NHS app and not via your photos or any other messaging service; if you do not have access to a smart phone you can receive a paper copy of your COVID-19 status, more details can be found here. If you do have an Apple device, you can add your NHS COVID pass to your Apple Wallet.
  • Supporters in attendance must wear a mask whilst indoors or in congested areas, and this includes all hospitality guests. It is not mandatory to wear one within the stadium bowl, but we encourage fans to do so to protect themselves and those around them.
  • Any supporters that are displaying COVID-type symptoms must stay at home, this will help us to control the spread of COVID-19.

Please remember that all supporters attending matches risk being denied entry if they are unable to show their NHS COVID pass or proof of a negative NHS COVID test. This will be the case for all home and away fixtures.

Please also see important information below with regards to early COVID checks and earlier opening times:

Early COVID checks at Elland Road

Stewards will be available from 10am outside the East Stand for any supporters that wish to have their COVID status verified well in advance of KO. Once verified, you will be provided with a wristband that will prove you have been pre-checked, and this will enable us to reduce queues and help you access the stadium quicker ahead of KO.

Turnstiles to open at 2.30pm

We will be opening all General Admission turnstiles from 2.30pm (with the exception of the West Stand entrance 4, 5 & 6 which will open one hour prior to KO due to red-zone restrictions), to allow fans to enter the stadium earlier and ease possible congestion outside the stadium close to KO. Hospitality guests will also be able to access their respective facilities from 2.30pm.

In line with the recent changes, the club has also updated the Supporter Code of Conduct, this can be found here.
