Important information for fans visiting Elland Road.
Welcome to another season at Elland Road.
In the interests of safety and security for all our fans coming to Elland Road we have made the following changes to the layout and matchday operation.
For the foreseeable future we would ask all fans NOT to bring bags into the stadium. Every bag entering the stadium will be searched and tagged to avoid any security alerts in the ground during matches. The Leeds United Superstore will issue clear bags for supporters buying goods on a matchday, so that they do not incur any issues coming into the Stadium.
PARKING OUTSIDE THE GROUND
Parking outside the Club shop is unrestricted until 3 hours before kick off, there after no parking will be allowed on the footprint outside the shop. Parking is still available across the road or in Carpark A or B on Elland Road. In addition to this we respectfully request that NO VEHICLES are left outside the footprint of the ground unattended on a matchday.
ACCESS FOR HOME FANS
For certain games where we play opponents that travel with high numbers of visiting supporters we will need to change the access to the West Stand for our home supporters.
For those specific games we will need to restrict access to home fans entering via the West Stand gates. Therefore, all home fans should use Lowfields Road and Fullerton carpark to access the stadium, as no home fans will be able to access the stadium from the west stand gates. The ticket office in the west stand will continue to operate as normal but will send home fans back out onto Elland Road after ticket purchases have been made for these games.
We will notify fans in advance via our website and social media channels of which games will be affected by these changes.
The nearest carparks for home fans are;
Fullerton and Lowfields Road for home fans in the North and West stands and Carpark A and B for home fans in the South and East stands. Using these carparks will shorten the walking distance for home fans around the ground.
There is a new gate from the Lowfields Road carpark directly into the back of the North stand to give easy access
Accessible parking is available behind the North West corner of the stadium accessed from Lowfields Road, and also in Carpark A and B, Fullerton on the Elland roadside and at the entrance to Lowfields to give easy access to Pavilion. Stewards are available in all carparks to assist fans to get into the ground.
All fans are requested to be vigilant around the ground and report anything suspicious to the nearest steward.
We look forward to welcoming you all back to Elland Road for an exciting experience on the pitch and a safe experience off it!
