Supporters take advantage of price freeze.
With 2017/18 Season Tickets now on general sale, we can confirm that we have received the highest level of renewals in over 10 years.
Garry Monk’s first season at Leeds United has been an enjoyable period for fans of the Whites, with many memorable occasions at Elland Road throughout the campaign and we are pleased to report that 90% of Season Ticket Holders have chosen to take advantage of the price freeze for next season by renewing.
We also have nearly 1,000 supporters registered on our waiting list for the general sales phase- which commenced on Monday, giving the club a strong chance of reaching 15,000 Season Ticket Holders for the 2017/18 Sky Bet Championship season.
Executive Director Paul Bell has been encouraged by the response from supporters so far, stating: “We are very pleased to see 90% of Season Ticket Holders renew for next season and we are happy to see close to 1,000 supporters already on the waiting list at the start of the general sale period.
“Attendances rose dramatically through the 2016/17 season, it feels like we have started to reconnect with the community and with the supporters behind us, you make a real difference to the team.
“Some of the atmospheres at Elland Road in the past six months have been breathtaking and we hope to experience more of the same next season.”
Season Tickets are the cheapest way to watch live football with savings of up to 36% for those who chose this option over purchasing tickets match-by-match during the 2016/17 campaign.
New Adult Season Ticket Holders can enjoy every home Sky Bet Championship game for as little as £21.04 per match, whilst Season Tickets for Juniors aged under 11 work out at just £3.00 per match.
New applicants can apply for Season Tickets in person at the West Stand Ticket Office by filling in the traditional application form, alternatively you can also purchase your Season Ticket online via the link below:
