Young Lions to face Ukraine and Russia

Leeds United Academy player Nohan Kenneh has been named in Kevin Betsy's England U17s squad for their upcoming games in Spain.

The Young Lions will first play Ukraine on Thursday 6 February, before taking on Russia on Saturday 8 February.  England again face Ukraine, in their final fixture, two days later.

The fixtures will form a key part of England’s preparation for their EURO U17 qualifiers, which will be played in March.

The 2019/20 season has been a positive one so far for Kenneh, with the defender successfully making the transition to Carlos Corberan's U23s side, who currently find themselves second in the Professional Development League.

Kenneh has also featured for Mark Jackson's U18s, as the Whites have progressed in the FA Youth Cup, setting up a Fifth Round tie at Old Trafford against Manchester United tonight.
