What devices does LUTV work on?
LUTV live audio commentary can be accessed across desktop, tablet and mobile devices with update browsers. Live streams are only available on desktops or an app via mobile/tablet. We do not support the use of Chromecast or casting to other devices. What are the system requirements?
For use of LUTV your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:
Processor: 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks;
Memory: 2GB (1GB for netbooks) 128MB of graphics memory.
Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+
Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, Safari; 512MB of RAM (1GB of RAM recommended for netbooks)
Mobiles & Tablets: Operating System: Android 6+, iOS 9+
I'm experiencing issues with the live streaming and audio, what can I do?
If you are experiencing issues with the live stream or audio commentary, please perform a hard refresh of your browser.
Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current browsing and visit www.speedtest.net. Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 1mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.
If you are attempting to watch the live stream from abroad, please ensure you are not connected to a work network or similar that would allow access to a network within the UK, which may change your location.
For the best support with the live stream and audio commentary, the recommended browser is Google Chrome across all devices.
How much is LUTV?
Audio Passes cost just 99p per week (automatic recurring subscription) and give fans full live match commentary featuring Leeds United legend Eddie Gray including exclusive pre match build up and post match reaction.
When LUTV can show live league games in the UK, Video Passes cost £10 and include pre-match build-up and post-match analysis.
When LUTV can show live league games to overseas fans, Video Passes cost £5 and include pre-match build-up and post-match analysis.
When can I watch live Leeds United games on LUTV in the UK?
For the 2018/19 season, EFL clubs can - for the first time - live-stream in the UK and Ireland league matches that take place in midweek and are not being broadcast live on Sky Sports or selected for international broadcast.
This will mean that eligible midweek games in the 2018/19 season will be available to watch live on LUTV by purchasing our Video Pass, on a pay-per-view basis, for £10 per game.
Midweek games shown on Sky Sports or selected for international coverage cannot be broadcast live on LUTV but fans can listen to live audio commentary with Leeds United legend Eddie Gray by purchasing an Audio Pass for just 99p - the Audio Pass is available for all 46 Championship games and every cup match.
When can I watch live Leeds United games on LUTV outside the UK and Ireland?
Overseas Leeds United supporters - outside the UK and Ireland - will be able to live stream eligible league games to their compatible computers, tablets and phones.
These games will be available to watch live on LUTV by purchasing our Video Pass, on a pay-per-view basis, for £5 per game.
Games that have been selected for live TV broadcast by Sky Sports or chosen as the EFL International broadcast game cannot be broadcast live on LUTV but fans can listen to live audio commentary with Leeds United legend Eddie Gray by purchasing an Audio Pass for just 99p -- the Audio Pass is available for all 46 Championships games.
Who sets the Video Pass price?
The minimum cost of the Video Pass is set by the EFL.

LUTV has a limit on the number of devices that can be associated with a LUTV account. If you have reached this limit, please log out of any unused devices. If you do not believe you are logged into any devices please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m receiving a “media not found” message
The live commentary player will only be live during a match. If Leeds is playing and you are receiving this message, please alert email@example.com.
Can I download/embed LUTV content?
The LUTV service does not allow downloads or embedding of content in 3rd party sites.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request.
Please be advised that 10 working days' notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.
I have been unable to log in and now been locked out
You may have been locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts. If this is the case then please wait 30 minutes before trying again.
Alternatively, if this does not work then please can you go through a forgotten password journey to reset your password. You can do this by clicking "Forgot Password" in the Member Login Area
Please make sure to check your junk folder for the reset email if it doesn't come through quick.
I had a subscription but it has expired - how do I renew it?
The best way to do this would be, when logged out of your account, select the LUTV login option followed by the Subscribe Now option on the left. You will be taken to the next page where you will see the payment options.
Do not select a payment option, instead please select the LUTV login option and sign in this time as usual. Once you have signed in you may select a payment option, enter your payment details and select continue to purchase your subscription.
Updating payment details?
Try updating your billing address first. This can be done with or without a subscription. Login into your account. Go to My Account > Card Details > Billing Address and add your billing address for your relevant payment information.
