When can I watch live Leeds United games on LUTV in the UK?
For the 2018/19 season, EFL clubs can - for the first time - live-stream in the UK and Ireland league matches that take place in midweek and are not being broadcast live on Sky Sports or selected for international broadcast.
This will mean that eligible midweek games in the 2018/19 season will be available to watch live on LUTV by purchasing our Video Pass, on a pay-per-view basis, for £10 per game.
Midweek games shown on Sky Sports or selected for international coverage cannot be broadcast live on LUTV but fans can listen to live audio commentary with Leeds United legend Eddie Gray by purchasing an Audio Pass for just 99p - the Audio Pass is available for all 46 Championship games and every cup match.
When can I watch live Leeds United games on LUTV outside the UK and Ireland?
Overseas Leeds United supporters - outside the UK and Ireland - will be able to live stream eligible league games to their compatible computers, tablets and phones.
These games will be available to watch live on LUTV by purchasing our Video Pass, on a pay-per-view basis, for £5 per game.
Games that have been selected for live TV broadcast by Sky Sports or chosen as the EFL International broadcast game cannot be broadcast live on LUTV but fans can listen to live audio commentary with Leeds United legend Eddie Gray by purchasing an Audio Pass for just 99p -- the Audio Pass is available for all 46 Championships games..
How much is LUTV?
Audio Passes cost just 99p and give fans full live match commentary featuring Leeds United legend Eddie Gray including exclusive pre match build up and post match reaction.
When LUTV can show live league games in the UK, Video Passes cost £10 and include pre-match build-up and post-match analysis.
When LUTV can show live league games to overseas fans, Video Passes cost £5 and include pre-match build-up and post-match analysis.
Who sets the Video Pass price?
The minimum cost of the Video Pass is set by the EFL.
What do I need on my PC/Mac/mobile device in order to view LUTV?
LUTV is accessible on almost every modern browser on almost every modern connected device, if you have a reasonable specification tablet or computer that is less than three years old.
You will need a strong, stable broadband internet connection minimum of 1MB (a mobile 3g, 4G, LTE, etc. internet service will probably be too weak or too variable to give a good service) with a ping of less than 100m/s.
You will need a computer, tablet or mobile smartphone device (such as an iPhone or Android smartphone – please note Windows phones, Kindles and game consoles are incompatible), and it should be running a recent compatible and updated web browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
If viewing on your desktop Windows or Mac, and you experience problems, please check that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed (or update via get.adobe.com/flashplayer).
What are the minimum Windows requirements?
Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 1GB of memory, running one of the following operating systems: Windows 7 or later, (high specification computers running Windows XP SP2 or greater and or Windows Vista might work.)

What are the minimum Mac requirements?
1.5GHz with a minimum of 1GB memory running Mac OS X 10.5.6 or later.
What mobile devices are supported?
LUTV is available on most iOS devices including the iPhone and iPad (iOS version 7 upwards). Via the devices web browser videos will be rendered in the native player.
Generally you’ll need Android Operating System OS 4.1 or later. Due to Vast array of Android devices it is worth testing you can view the content before purchase, using the test video on the homepage.

Does Player work on GPRS, 3G, 4G, LTE and other mobile networks?
We cannot guarantee the quality of the streaming on GPRS, 3G or LTE. 4G will provide a good viewing experience, but may incur costs associated with its use. We recommend streaming over Wi-Fi for an optimal viewing experience.

I have reached my device limit
LUTV has a limit on the number of devices that can be associated with a LUTV account. If you have reached this limit, please log out of any unused devices. If you do not believe you are logged into any devices please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are struggling to log in repeatedly it’s possible that your computer is looking at old log in details stored in the cache, or that a cookie has been corrupted. Please visit www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home and follow the instructions to clear the cache on your relevant browser/device.
Why is the video buffering or regularly freezing?
Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit www.speedtest.net. Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 1mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.
Using Google Chrome
If you are using Google Chrome please allow it to run all plug-in content in your browser's settings. You can do this by copying and pasting the following link into your browser's search bar: chrome://settings/content, pressing enter and then scrolling down and selecting Run all plug-in content.
The stream regularly stops and buffers mid-stream

I’m receiving a “media not found” message
The live commentary player will only be live during a match. If Leeds is playing and you are receiving this message, please alert email@example.com.
I can’t access the stream on my device
First of all make sure you are connected to a fast enough mobile network (3g, 4g, Wi-Fi). If you believe you have adequate bandwidth, utilise Safari as the browser of choice on IOS and Google Chrome on Android devices.
For optimal experience on android utilise a 3rd party programme such as VLC player to play the stream. If you are still having issues please raise with firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I download/embed LUTV content?
The LUTV service does not allow downloads or embedding of content in 3rd party sites.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please email email@example.com with your cancellation request.
Please be advised that 10 working days' notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.
I have been unable to log in and now been locked out
You may have been locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts. If this is the case then please wait 30 minutes before trying again.
Alternatively, if this does not work then please can you go through a forgotten password journey to reset your password. You can do this by clicking "Forgot Password" in the Member Login Area
Please make sure to check your junk folder for the reset email if it doesn't come through quick.
I had a subscription but it has expired - how do I renew it?
The best way to do this would be, when logged out of your account, select the LUTV login option followed by the Subscribe Now option on the left. You will be taken to the next page where you will see the payment options.
Do not select a payment option, instead please select the LUTV login option and sign in this time as usual. Once you have signed in you may select a payment option, enter your payment details and select continue to purchase your subscription.
Updating payment details?
Try updating your billing address first. This can be done with or without a subscription. Login into your account. Go to My Account > Card Details > Billing Address and add your billing address for your relevant payment information.
