Corner Flag Café
Our Corner Flag Café is a monthly session run for people living with dementia. Working with the Leeds City Council Peer Support Dementia Service the session is for individuals and their families/ carers to attend and meet new people to reminisce and reflect on memories of Leeds United. This is supported through guest speakers, ground tours, memorabilia, programmes and old LUFC footage.
Impact / Outcome
The aim of the Corner Flag Café is to tackle the social isolation that can accompany living with dementia and provides access to support from the Leeds City Council Peer Support Dementia Service.
