Ticket Forwarding

The LUFC Ticket Forwarding scheme is available for General Admission Season Ticket Holders and My Leeds Members to forward the ticket for their seat for an individual home league fixture as a mobile ticket to another supporter if they are unable to attend a match.

The supporter receiving the forwarded ticket must be a current My Leeds Member and linked to the General Admission Season Ticket Holder or My Leeds Member forwarding the ticket in their online ticketing account via the ‘My Friends & Family’ option.

General admission Season Ticket Holders and My Leeds Members can forward their match seat to a My Leeds Member up until when the turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to kick off on matchday.

Ticket Forwarding FAQs

To forward your ticket, please follow the below simple step by step instructions:

1. Log into your online ticketing account here.

2. Once logged in, select the ‘Tickets’ option underneath your name shown in the top right-hand corner.

3. Select the relevant game, click the ‘Forward Ticket’ button.

4. You will see the game and your seat details listed, click the ‘Forward Ticket’ button.

5. Select the new owner of your ticket, click the dropdown to select the My Leeds Member from your Friends & Family list.

6. Select the new price type (Adult, Senior etc) for the My Leeds Member and click ‘Forward Ticket’.

7. The ticket will appear in your basket, any difference in price will appear here (E.g., Junior to Adult); click Proceed to checkout.

8. Confirmation will appear of who you are forwarding your ticket too, if correct, click ‘Next’.

9. Click to accept the Terms and Conditions, click ‘Submit’.

10. The Season Ticket Holders Mobile Season Ticket or My Leeds Members match ticket will now be deactivated. An email will be sent to the Season Ticket Holder or My Leeds Member and an email confirmation containing the mobile ticket will be sent direct to the Member who has been forwarded the ticket.

11. Ticket Forward complete!

12. Please note, once a season ticket seat or match ticket seat has been forwarded it cannot be recalled by the original Season Ticket Holder or original My Leeds Member.

Yes. You can only forward your ticket up until when the turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to kick off on matchday.

If you forward your match seat to a My Leeds Member who has the same price type as yourself, E.g. Adult Season Ticket Holder forwarding their ticket to an Adult My Leeds Member, then there is no charge.

You can also upgrade your ticket as part of the Ticket Forwarding process, e.g. Junior Season Ticket Holder to Adult My Leeds Member but in this scenario, there would be an upgrade fee to pay.

If you wish to forward your match seat to a My Leeds Member with a lower price type category than yourself, e.g. Adult to Junior My Leeds Member, then this can be done, but no downgrade refund will be offered. In this scenario, the Season Ticket Holder or My Leeds Member forwarding the ticket will need to select the new owner of the ticket from their ‘My Friends & Family’ list in their online ticketing account. The new ticket price type that you enter must be that of the Season Ticket Holder/My Leeds Member forwarding the ticketirrespective of the ticket price type of the My Leeds Member receiving the forwarded ticket.

No, once a ticket has been forwarded, the ticket cannot be recalled.

1) General admission Season Ticket Holders and all My Leeds Members can, subject to the provisions below, forward the ticket for their seat for an individual home league match as a mobile ticket to another supporter if they are unable to attend that match.

2) The supporter who is receiving the forwarded ticket must be a current My Leeds Member and linked to the General Admission Season Ticket Holder or My Leeds Member who is forwarding the ticket in their online ticketing account via the ‘My Friends & Family’ option.

3) General admission Season Ticket Holders and My Leeds Members can forward their home league match seat ticket to a My Leeds Member up until when the turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to kick off on matchday.

4) The Ticket Forwarding process can only be completed via the club online ticketing site. Once a ticket has been forwarded, the ticket cannot be recalled.

5) General admission Season Ticket Holders or My Leeds Members can forward their home league match seat ticket to a My Leeds Member who is in the same ticket price type at no extra cost. E.g. Adult Season Ticket Holder to Adult Member or Adult Member to Adult Member. Tickets can also be upgraded as part of the Ticket Forwarding process, e.g. Junior General Admission Season Ticket Holder to Adult My Leeds Member and in this scenario, there would be an upgrade fee to pay.

6) General admission Season Ticket Holders or My Leeds Members can forward their home league match seat ticket to a My Leeds Member who is in a lower price type, e.g. Adult General Admission Season Ticket Holder to Junior My Leeds Member, but no downgrade refund or credit will be offered. In this scenario, the Season Ticket Holder or My Leeds Member forwarding the ticket will need to select the new owner of the ticket from their ‘My Friends & Family’ list in their online ticketing account. The new ticket price type that you enter must be that of the Season Ticket Holder irrespective of the ticket price type of the My Leeds Member receiving the forwarded ticket.
