All supporters are required to adhere to the Ground Regulations issued by the Premier League, which are applicable to the Club and all other clubs. These can be found at each entry point outside Elland Road, as well as on the Leeds United website. The Ground Regulations should be read in conjunction with the Club’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions and this Supporter Conduct Charter.
A framework of offences and suggested sanctions has been created, which outlines the action the Club will take as a result of behavioural and/or ticketing offences.
These sanctions are in place to provide reassurance and transparency for all supporters and staff who witness or experience any incidents or concerns when following Leeds United at our home and away fixtures, on our social channels and otherwise.
For supporters or staff who witness or experience any incidents or wish to report their concerns to the Club, it can be reassuring to know the steps that might be taken by the Club when investigating their concerns.
