Leeds United paid tribute to the club's long-standing partnership with Yorkshire Cancer Research over the weekend, with a number of special guests in attendance at Elland Road.
Invited to attend the Premier League match were a number of youngsters who have all been impacted by cancer and they acted as mascots for the game, with the chance to meet and walk out with a number of the players, along with getting autographs, having photographs and enjoying some behind-the-scenes access to an Elland Road matchday.
Yorkshire Cancer Research also had some adult patients in attendance, with tickets provided and a special meet and greet opportunity with the first team.
The local charity have worked with the club for the last three seasons, helping to raise awareness of cancer symptoms and screening, whilst highlighting the world-leading research taking place in the city.
The club will continute to work with Yorkshire Cancer Research to help promote the incredible work they do each and every day, along with providing exclusive opportunities for those affected by cancer, helping families and individuals who have gone through heartbreaking situations make memories to last a lifetime.
