Leeds United Under-21s return to Premier League 2 action on Monday evening, as they welcome Norwich City Under-21s to the LNER Community Stadium.
The Whites head into the clash unbeaten in three, having picked up two wins during that time. The impressive spell of form began with an emphatic 3-0 victory over Birmingham City, courtesy of goals from Diogo Monteiro, Connor Douglas and Harry Gray.
Scott Gardner’s side were then forced to settle for a point away against Chelsea, despite Max McFadden’s thunderous volley in the capital.
United fought back from being behind at the break to beat Derby County away from home last time out, with Gray twice on the scoresheet to secure all three points in Matlock.
That result saw Leeds climb to 16th in the PL2 standings ahead of this weekend’s action, four points clear of 21st-placed Norwich City.
The Canaries have struggled for form of late and are without a win in five heading into the clash though, last time out, Alan Neilson’s side held a strong Brighton outfit to a draw in East Anglia.
Action from the LNER Community Stadium gets underway at 7pm.
