Ticket touting update

Fans urged to only buy through official channels.

Leeds United would like to remind supporters that it is illegal to sell, offer to sell or transfer tickets to matches without the authorisation of the club or outside of one of our authorised processes (e.g. Ticket Exchange or Ticket Forwarding).

The only official place to purchase tickets is via the Leeds United online ticketing site tickets.leedsunited.com or via the Leeds United Ticket Office.

We do not use any ticket agencies or resale sites to sell our general admission tickets and any tickets purchased this way will be cancelled without a refund. The club strongly discourages fans from using such third party sites, where our supporters are being asked to pay hugely inflated ticket prices.

Once the initial allocation of general admission home match tickets have sold out, My Leeds Members are encouraged to use the Official Leeds United Ticket Exchange, where on average over 1,000 match tickets for each game are offered for resale at face value. Season Ticket Holders can return their seats on the Ticket Exchange right up until two hours prior to kick-off, giving My Leeds Members the opportunity to purchase match tickets on the day of the game.

The club will continue to take the strongest possible action against anyone found to be selling or passing on tickets to unofficial channels. A number of Season Tickets and Memberships have already been cancelled without refunds and lifetime bans issued.

You can view our Leeds United Ticket Touting Policy in full HERE.

The Premier League has also released a Safe Ticket Buying Guide & List of Unauthorised Ticket Websites, which can be found below:

In light of recent touting issues the ‘Print at Home’ option for general admission match tickets will no longer be available until further notice.
