Marcelo Bielsa has made two changes for our game this afternoon as we face Tottenham Hotspur away from home, following our 1-1 draw against Leicester City ahead of the recent international break.
Joe Gelhardt makes his first start for Leeds United after impressing with the Under-23s and more recently with a number of substitute performances for the first team, with Mateusz Klich also back in the starting lineup today.
Illan Meslier starts in goal with captain Liam Cooper joined by Diego Llorente at the heart of the defence. Pascal Struijk, Stuart Dallas, Adam Forshaw and Kalvin Phillips will add further options in both defence and attack when required to do so.
Mateusz Klich and Jack Harrison, along with Joe Gelhardt and Dan James will be occupying the main attacking areas for the Whites this afternoon.
Junior Firpo features on our substitutes bench this afternoon following a number of weeks out with a small injury, and he is joined by goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson, Tyler Roberts, Charlie Cresswell, Cody Drameh, Stuart McKinstry, Sam Greenwood, Liam McCarron and Jack Jenkins.
Raphinha misses today’s game due to illness and Rodrigo is sidelined with a minor foot injury whilst Patrick Bamford, Jamie Shackleton, Luke Ayling and Robin Koch remain out through recent injuries.
