Leeds United travel to the Stadium of Light on Sunday afternoon to face Sunderland in the Premier League and we would like to thank every fan that will be making the journey to support the team.
During your trip, please remember that we are all representing not only Leeds United Football Club, but also the city of Leeds, and we ask that you always show respect to other fans, staff and players.
Dangerous behaviours, discriminatory language, tragedy chanting, and inappropriate gestures are not acceptable, and you could be breaking the law and face a football ban. The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of hate and condemns these types of behaviours.
Some things to take into consideration ahead of travelling, can be found below.
Plan your journey early:
Whether you’re travelling by train/car/bus make sure you leave with plenty of time to spare before the game.
The Beacon of Light Fanzone is open to both home and away supporters on matchdays, for those that arrive in plenty of time ahead of the 2pm kick-off.
Opening times:
Fanzone – 11.30am
Turnstiles – 12.30pm
Stadium layout and policies:
Away fans at the Stadium of Light are located in the North Stand, and you can use turnstiles 69-74 for entry.
Disabled supporters who require help with accessing the stadium can use the 76 Yards Entrance, taking the lift to Level 3. Stewards will be on hand to assist.
The Stadium of Light is a cashless stadium, all purchases are card only.
A large number of items are prohibited from being taken into the Stadium of Light. These include, but are not limited to, coins, flares, power banks, vapes or umbrellas.
All coins collected will be donated to charity, with other objects able to be collected post-match through a ticketing system.
All flags must not include poles and meet fire regulations.
Travelling fans are encouraged to download and read the Away Supporters Guide, which can be found here - please note, the search policy can be found on pages 10-11.
Stay safe:
Keep others as safe as possible at all times, especially during any match incidents and both pre-match and at half-time in the concourses.
Remember that throwing objects and the use of flares, pyrotechnics and smoke bombs are strictly forbidden.
Remain in the seat you have purchased, and refrain from standing on your seats and blocking aisles in the away section.
