The Leeds United Foundation are excited to launch information around their Summer Soccer Schools taking place throughout July and August.

Our last Soccer School sessions took place during the May half-term, with Foundation coaches hosting over 700 young participants across Leeds, Knaresborough, and Wakefield.

The Summer course will start from Wednesday 26th July, with three to four sessions taking place every week for six weeks across a number of different locations.

Each session will start at 9am and run until 3pm, and both boys and girls are welcome to attend aged between 5 and 12. The club’s official charity ask participants to bring along shin pads, football boots, their own water bottle and a packed lunch.

All sessions are delivered by FA qualified coaches who are all DBS checked and first aid trained, with the training programme featuring plenty of small-sided games and fun competitions to ensure children are able to develop and improve their football and social skills whilst having plenty of fun.

One of the parents from a previous Soccer School sent some feedback and said: “I have been bringing my kids to the football camps now for three years, and every school holidays they look forward to taking part and seeing their favourite coaches. They’ve come back from their camp today excited for the World Cup day, it’s been brilliant to see them enjoy it so much.”
