Leeds United travel to face Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Friday evening (8pm).
Dallas spoke ahead of the match, as well as giving his thoughts on the mentality within the squad.
First up, he reflected on the recent clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
“We made it difficult for ourselves,” Dallas explained, on defeat to the Gunners.
“You know when you go to these places you've got to make sure that you're on it from the first minute.
“I thought that from the start of the game, we gave away an early goal and we made it very very difficult.”
The Northern Ireland international spoke about the belief and desire within the squad, which has been noticeable on numerous occasions through the Premier League campaign so far.
He said: “I think the belief in our squad is huge.
“I think we've carried that forward from the Championship last year where we were used to winning games.
“What the management staff here have instilled in us, is a huge belief that we're good enough to go anywhere and get a result.
“But, we've got to be realistic as well in terms of where we are. We're a newly promoted side and every week is a different challenge for us.”
That next challenge is Friday night’s fixture with Wolves. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side currently sit just below the Whites in the table and Dallas believes his side can take a lot from them.
“I think they're a team that we can learn a lot from,” Dallas stated.
“Since they got promoted they’ve went from strength to strength and they've been in Europe.
“They have quality players throughout their squad, they have a great manager and they've really built a good platform at the club since they got promoted.
“It's given them the base to move forward and that's where we want to be.”
