Everything you need to know.

Leeds United face Southampton in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday afternoon, and we would like to remind supporters around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the match.

Arrival at stadium:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 10.30am (kick-off is scheduled for 12pm).

The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone areas will open from 10am, with a variety of food and drink offerings available, including on all concourses and outside the East Stand.

Download your ticket:

Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure that their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email. If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Wellbeing Team:

Every matchday we have a team of Wellbeing Officers working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters. You can identify them through the maroon bibs they wear, and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any support, please just ask your nearest steward and they will ensure one comes to meet you at an agreed area.

If any supporters would like to use the prayer room or sensory room, or if they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact [email protected] so they can assist and book in a time slot for you.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

Discriminatory language, tragedy chanting, and inappropriate gestures are not acceptable, and you could be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of all kinds – including racism, homophobia, sexism, and any religious discrimination.

To report any incidents during your visit to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information around the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you are able to. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.

Stay off the pitch at all times:

No matter what stage of the season we are at, people must respect that the pitch is for the players and the stands are for supporters and spectators. It is against the law to enter the pitch at any time and anyone who does so will face a ban and police action.

Please remember that recent pitch incursions have brought football bans, police prosecution and criminal records - which can impact your employment, education, and international travel.

The club could also be hit with sanctions under FA Disciplinary Regulations Rule 40, which may involve:

West Stand post-match:

The main gates at the entrance to the John Charles West Stand Car Park on Elland Road will only allow egress for away fans. No home fans will be permitted to exit via the main West Stand gates on Elland Road. The West Stand Car park will also be a sterile area for this match and supporters will not be allowed to wait in this area after the game.

Lowfields Road will be closed post-match for vehicular movement. No vehicles will be allowed to move on Lowfields Road until fans have left the area, this could delay you for up to 20 minutes after the final whistle. Alternative disabled parking is available at the back of the North Stand.

The above measures are implemented for the safety and security of all supporters.

In the event that any of the above measures need to change on the day in light of public safety then we politely request that you follow any instructions from club representatives.

Thank you for your co-operation.
