Leeds United defender Robin Koch spoke to the media after his side were defeated at home to Newcastle United.
The Whites had plenty of chances at Elland Road but couldn’t convert, and were then dealt a late blow as the visitors found the net 15 minutes from time.
Koch gave his thoughts immediately after the full time whistle
“It was frustrating for us,” he said.
“We played not a bad game, we created a lot of chances but missed them to score a goal. We conceded one goal then lost this game.
“We played well until the last section of the pitch, we just needed to score. One goal like this you can concede when you don’t score.
“After the goal we conceded, it was difficult. We put everything into the game and we tried in the last minute as well.
“Every player from us put 100 per cent into it, it’s frustrating that we can’t get anything from it, but we will recover and go again.”
