Following another impressive victory in the League Cup plate at home to Stockport County Ladies, the attention turns to the FA Cup this Sunday.

Leeds United head up north once again to face Hartlepool United Women on Sunday afternoon (1pm), aiming to continue their cup journey.

Having defeated Redcar 4-0 in the final qualifying round of the competition, Dan O’Hearne’s side are only two games away from a possible tie against a Super League or Championship side, but must first overcome tough opponents.

The hosts come into the game on the back of a 5-0 defeat away at Sunderland West End Ladies, so they will be looking to bounce back and in doing so, secure a cup shock.

The Whites will be looking to make it three consecutive wins if they can get the victory this weekend, on what is ‘Women’s Football Weekend’ across the nation. This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams!
