Leeds United will play their last game of the 2021/22 Premier League season on Sunday in West London against Brentford, in a match that gets underway at 4pm, live on Sky Sports!
The Whites know they need to avoid defeat against the Bees in order to have hope of staying in the division, but must also better Burnley’s result - with the Clarets facing Newcastle United at Turf Moor - in order to move past them and out of the bottom three.

Ivan Toney has once again led the goalscoring charts for his club, netting 12 up to now for the Bees along with also providing five assists. For Leeds, Raphinha has led the way all season and has 10, whilst Jack Harrison is next on the list with seven goals.
Brentford have been in good form over recent matches, having won three times in their last five outings, including their last two. The Whites are winless in five, but did end a three match losing run last weekend thanks to Pascal Struijk's late equaliser.
The man in the middle on Sunday is Paul Tierney. The official has overseen Leeds five times this season, the only win for the Whites in that run was at home to Burnley in January. Tierney has been charge of the Bees just the once, also a home win over Burnley, in March.
Elsewhere in the table, the battle at the top of league between Manchester City and Liverpool goes to the final day to decide who will be champions. The European places between Arsenal and Tottenham, then further down Manchester United and West Ham will also be settled.

Jesse Marsch is still assessing whether Patrick Bamford can be involved in the match on Sunday after the forward trained this week. The Whites will be without Luke Ayling & Dan James (suspended), whilst Adam Forshaw, Stuart Dallas, Crysencio Summerville and Tyler Roberts remain out injured.
