Chicago will host Leeds United's final pre-season fixture on American soil as Daniel Farke's side prepare to take on Liverpool on Sunday evening at Soldier Field, the home MLS outfit of Chicago Fire.
The clash against Andoni Iraola's new-look Reds side will mark the Whites' final encounter of their US Tour, where they have gained valuable minutes against Wrexham and Sunderland in Tampa and New Jersey respectively.
On Thursday evening local time, Leeds ran out 1-0 victors over the Black Cats thanks to Lukas Nmecha's well-struck effort from range, catching the 'keeper out with a precise finish from distance.
In the previous clash, Wrexham snatched the win late on, after the two teams went into the break level at 2-2 before a much quieter second period followed.
Liverpool have ran out as winners in both of their clashes against the same opposition, seeing off Sunderland 4-2 in their opening fixture and most recently beating Wrexham 1-0.
In both of the meetings between the two clubs in the last Premier League campaign the points were shared. A thrilling 3-3 draw at Elland Road, in which an Ao Tanaka stoppage time equaliser helped an impressive unbeaten streak get up and running, was followed by a goalless draw in Merseyside less than a month later.
Action from Soldier Field gets underway at 9pm BST, Sunday 2nd August (4pm, Sunday 2nd August local time).

While away in the US, new signing Harry Wilson spoke to the media about goals for pre-season, his first taste of the club's incredible support and his motivations for signing along the dotted line.
"Really tough but that is expected. That is what pre-season is for, building up a base for when the season starts, making sure you are in the best physical position you can be to attack the season. It has been good.
"I played against them [Leeds] twice last year when I was at Fulham. Both games were really, really tough games. And I think the atmosphere, especially in the away game at Elland Road... I have played there before so I know the atmosphere is great.
"And I think when the fans have got a good team to support, I think that goes up a notch. So yeah, I think the size of the club was a massive part of me coming.
"And then speaking to the guys, the chairman, the sporting director, and seeing kind of the plans and the aims for the club, it is something I wanted to be a part of."
