The Leeds United Foundation will be hosting a special event at Elland Road to recruit new members for a number of their Health and Wellbeing projects.

The Health and Wellbeing team currently deliver two core programmes within the club's official charity, including the Fit Fans programme and Walking Football sessions with a brand new programme set to be launched that will be called Working Out Together.

The event will take place on Thursday 18th November from 6pm to 8pm with coaches on hand to speak with those in attendance about the ins and outs of each programme - this will include the dates for sessions, what each session will look like, what you can achieve through being part of the various initiatives and the kind of support you will be given by joining.

This is an information based evening to ensure those who may be interested in signing up are given the chance to ask any questions they might have, meet the coaches that will be delivering the sessions whilst also meeting other participants that may be on a similar journey to you.

The Fit Fans programme and Walking Football initiative both involve weekly sessions and the new Working Out Together programme will be launched at the beginning of 2022. All of the programmes involve levels of physical activity but there are also educational benefits to help improve your knowledge around different topics that deal with your health and wellbeing.
