The Leeds United Foundation will host their first Football Coaches Club event of 2024 on Wednesday 31st January, with the opportunity for aspiring coaches to learn more about coaching as a potential career.
This will be the third event for the initiaitive during the 2023/24 campaign, taking place at Elland Road from 6pm to 7.15pm, with a focus around debriefs.
The club’s official charity would like as many coaches as possible to come along to the event and get involved in the session with the chance to meet with staff and likeminded individuals, ask questions and make connections.
The Leeds United Foundation will host a number of different workshops across the rest of the season and they are all free to attend. Each workshop is open to new coaches who have already achieved their FA Playmaker or FA Introduction to Football (Level One) qualification.
Some of the benefits for those who would like to be a part of the Football Coaches Club, include:
- Developing your practice and career pathways
- Entry into the job market
- Becoming UEFA C ready
- Potential pathways into the Leeds United Foundation
- Opportunity to work with other professionals
