Marcelo Bielsa was pleased to see his side end their run of matches without a win in London, after defeating Fulham on Friday evening.
Goals from Patrick Bamford and Raphinha secured the points, in a match that that the head coach felt his side deserved to win.
“It was deserved,” Bielsa stated.
“I thought it was a collective game with a lot of generosity from all the players.
“We ran a lot, we defended and we attacked with all of us, we deserved the triumph we obtained.
“There is certain leadership from certain players which we enjoyed.”
After winning for the first time since 2017 in London, Bielsa is glad the fortunes of his side have been changed.
He said: “They talk a lot about this situation.
“We are glad it is resolved. We hope it doesn’t last that long again!”
