Leeds United will round off preparations for the 2026/27 Premier League campaign with a final friendly against Bundesliga side FC Augsburg on home soil.
Daniel Farke’s Whites will entertain the German outfit on Saturday 15th August (3pm) at Elland Road, one week on from the clash with RB Leipzig in West Yorkshire.
The match will be a stern test for United, facing the team who finished ninth in the Bundesliga and narrowly missed out on European qualification.
FC Augsburg will be our sixth and final opposition of an exciting and important summer, after the trip to the United States for friendly matches against Wrexham, Sunderland and Liverpool, the RB Leipzig fixture and much-anticipated Manchester United match at Dublin’s iconic Croke Park.
As with our match against RB Leipzig, it marks the first ever meeting between Leeds United and Augsburg.
Ticket information for this fixture will be announced in due course.
