The fundraiser takes place later this month.

Staff from the Leeds United Academy will be entering a team into this year’s Martin House Dragon Boat Race, raising money for the incredible work the hospice does for families across Yorkshire.

Martin House provides free care for children and young people with life-limiting illnesses, relying almost entirely on fundraising and donations.

Held at Roundhay Park on Sunday 23rd June, teams will compete in a number of races before an eventual winner is crowned.

The charity is one that is close to the hearts of everybody at Thorp Arch, witnessing their impact with the academy team and players visiting Martin House and spending time with the families and staff.
