Leeds United face Cardiff City on Wednesday evening in their Emirates FA Cup third round replay match, and we would like to remind fans around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the match.

Arrive early:

We are urging as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time. Turnstiles for home fans will open at 5.45pm, two hours ahead of kick-off (7.45pm), to allow time for supporters to get into their seats.

Download your ticket:

Supporters that have chosen Mobile Ticket Delivery must have downloaded their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Print at Home tickets:

If you are using the Print at Home option, please make sure that you have printed your ticket out in advance of arriving at the stadium. This must be printed on full size A4 paper and in good quality.

Please click here for all FAQs around the new mobile ticket process.

Matchday facilities:

Supporters can now find a prayer room and sensory toom in the West Stand for use throughout the match. There is also a sensory room located in the South Stand boxes, with tickets available on request.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

As always, supporters can report any incidents that take place anonymously via text either on the day of the game or afterwards. Please include details around the incident and location/seat details. The number to contact is 07887514789.

West & North Stand Exit Routes:

Post-match the gates at the bottom of the John Charles Car Park will be closed until all travelling coaches have been refilled and departed. The John Charles Car Park will then remain closed until all coaches have left the coach parks. This could be up to 30 minutes after the final whistle. Ticket holders in the West Stand, North West Corner and North Stand will exit via gates 2,3, 4 and 5 which will all be clearly signposted.

Finally, Lowfields Road will be closed post-match for vehicular movement. No vehicles will be allowed to move on Lowfields Road until fans have left the area, this could delay you for up to 20 minutes at the end of the match.  Alternative disabled parking is available at the back of the North Stand.
