The Leeds United Foundation are looking for cyclists to join them for the Sundown 60 challenge, taking place on Saturday 27th May 2023, with the deadline for participants to register coming up on Friday 12th May.
A Leeds United Foundation charity place is just £50 which includes an exclusive Foundation cycling jersey or only £30 without. We ask that you can raise a minimum of £300 in sponsorship to support the vital work we do – ask friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you, the Fundraising Team will be on hand to help you reach your target.
Working closely with the team from Wold Top Brewery and Edge Racing, Sundown 60 is a 60-mile cycle route that will allow you to take in the spectacular views across East Yorkshire, before a sunset finish at the glorious Wold Top Brewery in Driffield, all whilst raising money to support the Foundation and the various programmes they deliver across Leeds, helping those who need it most.
Plus, after crossing the finish line, you can enjoy a beer straight from the brewery alongside a fish & chips supper – all included in the entry fee!
The club’s official charity aims to use the power of football and Leeds United to enhance the lives of people across the region and beyond through initiatives and programmes focused on education, sport and healthier lifestyles.
The Foundation’s amazing fundraisers make a huge difference and allow the charity to continue providing support to the communities they serve.
